1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Worklio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
Worklio is a freelancer CRM and project management platform that provides tools for lead management, client relationship management, project tracking, invoicing, and analytics.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Worklio for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
5. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these terms. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days advance notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Worklio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Worklio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Worklio. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worklio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Worklio at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of Worklio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
